a great work-life balance and spending time with her daughter.
ACPR now specialises in PR training and advice for business owners.
Antonia wrote her first book, A
Guide to Promoting Your Business, while on maternity leave
with her son. She now writes on business, health and parenting.

after having her baby when her employer wouldn't discuss a flexible
return to work. She put together her own business experience
and a situation she found herself in as a new Mum to launch www.whatson4littleones.co.uk. That
was over 4 years ago and now Sam manages 5 websites and has a
team of 12 Mums working flexible at home too.
Sam
is passionate about flexible working for parents. Her website www.mumandworking.co.uk offers
advice, support and opportunities for any parent looking for

Sam and her business have
