Summary of terms and conditions of your attendance at
the ConferenceAdmissions Policy
Delegates and visitors to Conference are not permitted to distribute
publicity material without the written consent of the Organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone
from the Conference and the venue who does not comply with this
policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these
rules.
Cancellation Terms
No refunds will be given after the online registration has been
completed. However delegates may substitute a colleague or contact
to fill their place instead. In this instance please advise the
Organisers in writing by emailing privacy@BusinessmumsConference.co.uk not
less than 30 days prior to the date of the Conference in order
that the necessary administration can take place.
Limitation of Liability
All delegates and visitors attend the Conference at their own
risk. As such, none of the Organisers, their employees,
contractors, insurers, exhibitors, committees, agents, and sponsoring/supporting
Organizations shall have any liability whatsoever for any
loss, theft, damage or destruction of goods brought to the Conference,;
nor for any losses resulting from any failure to hold the
Conference as scheduled or at all.
By registering for the Conference you agree to accept our terms
and conditions (the full version of which are set out below).

Admissions Policy
Delegates and visitors must not allow their badges to be worn
by anyone else without the consent of the organiser. Any failure
is likely to lead to the delegate or visitor being removed from
the Conference.
Delegates and visitors to the Conference are not permitted to
distribute publicity material without the written consent of
the Organisers.
Delegates will engage in behaviour which is responsible and appropriate
for an event of this nature. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour
may result in dismissal from the Conference and a refund of the
delegate fee will not be awarded.
Please note filming or photography of the event by any delegate
will only be permitted at the consent of the Organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone
from the Conference and the venue who does not comply with these
policies or who they reasonably consider are likely to break
these rules.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance via PayPal
and a receipt will be provided. Please note places at the Conference
are limited.
Cancellation Terms
No refunds will be given if a delegate to the Conference cancels
his or her place on or before the date of the Conference. However,
delegates may substitute another person in their place at no
cost provided that the Organiser is notified by emailing emailing privacy@BusinessmumsConference.co.uk not
less than 30 days prior to the date of the Conference in order
that the necessary administration can take place.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, delegates
shall be entitled to a full refund except in circumstances where
it is beyond the Organisers’ control including without
limitation due in whole or part to the following circumstances;
venue becoming unavailable, war , fire, flood, national emergency,
labour dispute, strike, lock-out and civil disturbance.

Programme content
The Organisers reserve the right to make amendments to the published
programme at any time and will not be held responsible should
a speaker or participant fail to attend.
Views expressed by speakers are their own and the Organisers
expressly disclaim any liability for advice given, or views expressed
by any speaker at the Conference or in any documentation provided
to delegates.
[Please note that for promotional purposes, there may be a professional
photographer and video production taking place during the event.
By attending the Conference, you agree to be in any promotional
photographs taken by the photographer and to the reproduction
and distribution of such photographs in whatever media the Organisers
shall choose.]

THE BUSINESSMUMS CONFERENCE aims to ensure that your personal
information is handled responsibly.
What information will we collect from you?
THE BUSINESSMUMS CONFERENCE will collect
your name, address, email, phone number and credit/debit card
number when you place an order, and your name and email address
when you sign up for a course or newsletter. The information
we collect shall be used for the purposes of processing your
transaction or sending the requested information with THE BUSINESSMUMS
CONFERENCE in line with the Data Protection Act. At no time
shall we divulge ANY of your details to a third party.
Your security and peace of mind is of utmost importance to us,

If you find any inaccuracies we will correct it promptly.

How will we use it?
This information is used for internal marketing purposes only.
We do not sell, exchange, or release your personal information
(name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit data, etc.) Your
information is not shared with any other third party or company
outside of billing and shipping purposes. If you agree to join
our mailing list, we may periodically send a newsletter to the
address you give. Any emails sent will be for the purpose of
informing you of new products, special offers etc, information
and news and articles.
If you have joined our mailing list and subsequently change
your mind, then please send an email to newsletter@BusinessmumsConference.co.uk
giving your last name and email address, please put in the subject
line UNSUBSCRIBE. Your details will be removed from the list
within 24 hours. If we intend to transfer your information outside
the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent
